~ Judith recently spoke with Carol Ganser on her radio show "What Women Want" on radio station WELW
1330AM on the subject of caregiver stress. Reaching out to women who are caring for aging parents or
disabled relatives, Judith offered tips for staying healthy and balanced amid the pressures of caregiving

~ We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of
Developmental Disabilities. We will be visiting with the wonderful folks at the Adult Activities Center in
East Cleveland, working with music to provide self-expression, sensory engagement and lots of smiles!
We are very honored to be asked to work with these folks and help make a difference in their lives
~ Judith will be speaking to senior adults in conjunction with the 2013 National Senior Games coming
to Cleveland this summer. Her talk "Making Lemonade from Lemons" will provide tools for helping seniors
maintain happiness and optimism as they age. The talk will be held as part of the NSG "Year of Vitality"
program at the Stephanie T. Jones Community Center, 13944 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland on January 28
from 12:30-1:30 pm. All seniors are welcome.
~ Are you a senior adult, a relative of a senior adult or someone working in the senior care field? Judith will
be teaching a very informative class on home safety modifications for seniors who wish to age in place, in
their homes. The 2-hour class will be held at the Lorain County Community College Elyria campus on
February 18 and the Brunswick campus on February 22. Click here for more information.
~ Judith will be speaking at the University Hospitals Bedford Senior Network meeting on March 19

optimism as they age. The meeting will be held at Northfield Village, 10267 Northfield Road, Northfield
from 8:30-10:00 am. All those working in the senior care field are welcome to attend.
